These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MetaWeaver hosted service at metaweaver.xyz (the “Service”), provided by MetaWeaver Labs ([legal entity name, address]). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

MetaWeaver turns documents you provide into a private, searchable knowledge base and lets you run searches, questions, and workflows over it. Actions that send, change, or delete anything wait for your approval. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it current. Your user name is permanent. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure; notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Your content

You own your content. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the documents, files, or knowledge bases you create to us. You grant MetaWeaver Labs a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to upload and process the content you provide, and for ensuring it does not violate any law or third-party right.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store or process illegal content;
• infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others;
• attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service, its security, or other users’ accounts;
• reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service except as permitted by law or a separate written agreement;
• use the Service to generate or distribute malware, spam, or abusive content.

5. Your keys & third-party services

MetaWeaver is designed for you to bring your own AI provider key. You are responsible for your use of any third-party provider, for the costs they charge you, and for complying with their terms. Content you send through the Service to a provider is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. Plans & billing

The Service offers a free plan and paid plans (currently Pro and Max) with larger limits. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and [state your refund policy — e.g. no refunds for partial periods]. If you exceed your plan’s limits, we may prevent new uploads or indexing, but we will not delete data you have already stored, and you keep read access to it. We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaWeaver Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed [the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100]. 10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
